Raleigh, NC | Personal Injury | Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required

Our client, a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm, is seeking a Bilingual Associate Attorney to join its Raleigh office. This role offers the opportunity to manage a personal injury caseload, advocate for injured clients, and gain meaningful litigation experience in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Communicate directly with English and Spanish speaking clients
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct depositions and negotiate settlements
Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
Work closely with attorneys and support staff to deliver exceptional client service

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active North Carolina Bar admission or eligibility for admission
Fluent in English and Spanish
Litigation experience preferred
Personal injury experience strongly preferred
Strong writing, advocacy, and client communication skills
